SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective August 6, 2026

These terms govern the text messaging (SMS) program operated by 713 Law Firm ("the firm," "we," "us"). By opting in to receive text messages from the firm, you agree to these terms.

1. Program description

The firm sends informational and conversational text messages to clients and to people who contact the firm — such as responses to your inquiry, scheduling and appointment reminders, court-date reminders, and updates about your case. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

2. Opt-in and consent

You consent to receive text messages from the firm by: (a) submitting the sign-up form on this website; (b) sending a text message to the firm first; or (c) providing your mobile number to the firm and agreeing to be contacted by text.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of hiring the firm or of purchasing any service. Your consent applies only to messages from 713 Law Firm.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry or the status of your case.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

5. Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You may also opt out by calling (713) 529-3476 or emailing fgb@713lawfirm.com.

6. Help and support

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact the firm at (713) 529-3476 or fgb@713lawfirm.com.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and by network availability.

8. Privacy

Information collected through this program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

9. Changes and contact
